Daily Care & Maintenance for Your Italian 925 Silver Products
To keep your 925 Sterling Silver Products looking beautiful for years, follow these simple care tips:
1. Wear with Care
– Avoid exposing your bracelet to perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals (e.g., chlorine, bleach), as they can tarnish the silver.
– Remove your bracelet before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping to prevent scratches and moisture damage.
2. Cleaning Your Silver Products
– Regular Cleaning: Use a soft microfiber cloth to gently polish the product after each wear.
-Deep Cleaning: Mix a few drops of mild dish soap with warm water, soak the product for 5-10 minutes, then gently scrub with a soft-bristle toothbrush. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
– Silver Polishing Cloth: For stubborn tarnish, use a specialized silver polishing cloth (avoid abrasive materials).
3. Proper Storage
– Store your products in a dry, airtight container or a tarnish-resistant pouch to minimize exposure to air and moisture.
– Keep it separate from other jewelry to prevent scratches.
4. Avoiding Tarnish
– Silver naturally tarnishes over time due to air exposure.
– To slow this process: Use anti-tarnish strips in your jewelry box.
5. Professional Maintenance
– For heavily tarnished or intricate designs, consider professional cleaning by a trusted jeweller.
By following these simple steps, your Italian 925 Silver Products will remain stunning and lustrous for years to come!
