We are looking for energetic, sales-driven, and customer-focused talents to join our growing team as Sales Advisor / Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a premium in-store experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery and styling options
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with stock handling and daily store operations
- Support store campaigns, events, and promotional activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year retail sales / customer service experience
- Experience in jewellery, fashion, beauty, or luxury retail is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented, confident, and proactive personality
- Good sense of styling / fashion awareness preferred
- Able to speak English & Mandarin as liasing with China supplier and customer
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional image
