Wah Chan is committed to delivering the highest quality jewellery to our customers. We implement a rigorous, multi-stage inspection process for all products to ensure they meet our stringent standards before reaching you.

Discrepancy Resolution

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you. Please contact our Customer Service team within three (3) days of receiving the item.

Exchange Policy

Requests for exchanges must be submitted within three (3) days of receiving the item. Requests made after this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our management team.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Customer Service
    If you need assistance, our friendly representatives are happy to help via email at [email protected].
  2. Submit an Online Refund Request
    Alternatively, you may initiate an exchange by completing our online refund request form. These requests are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
  3. Exchange Approval & Return Instructions
    Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed return instructions.

Acceptable Reasons for Exchange

  • Defective Item: If the item received is defective, a qualifying exchange can be arranged.
  • Incorrect Item Received: If the item you received differs from your original order, we will gladly facilitate an exchange.

Please Note

  • Exchanges due to change of mind or damage from wear and tear will not be accepted.
  • Loose diamonds with GIA certificates are not eligible for exchange or return.

Exchange Requirements

Items returned for exchange must meet the following conditions:

  • In original condition
  • Unworn and unsoiled
  • Complete with original packaging and receipt

Wah Chan will perform a quality inspection upon receiving your return to ensure all requirements are met before proceeding with the exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Wah Chan is not liable for any unforeseen issues during the return shipping process.
  • A return shipping label will only be provided if:
    • The item is confirmed to be defective, or
    • The item received is incorrect.

Exchange Options

  • Exchanges are limited to the same design and value, subject to stock availability.
  • If the new item has a higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.
  • If the new item has a lower value, Wah Chan will issue an e-voucher for the balance. The e-voucher can be redeemed on our website: www.wahchan.com.my

Exchange Processing Time

Please allow approximately seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days for the full exchange process after we receive your returned item.
