Return and Exchange Policy

This policy specifically pertains to purchases conducted exclusively through wahchan.com.my.

At Wah Chan, our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Although exchanges are seldom necessary, and customers usually find high satisfaction, in the rare event that an exchange is required, we aim to facilitate a smooth process.

1. Request for Exchange:

   – All requests for exchange must be submitted within three (3) days of receiving the item.

   – Requests beyond this timeframe may be considered at the discretion of management, with no guaranteed approval.

2. Proof of Purchase:

   – Original receipt is mandatory as proof of purchase for all exchange requests.

3. Exchange Limitations:

   – Each purchase allows for one exchange only.

   – Items eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, and returned in their original packaging, including any related accessories, protective covers, or boxes.

4. Accepted Reasons for Exchange:

   – Exchange requests will be considered for the following reasons:

      i. Item received in a defective condition.

      ii. Item received is different from the ordered item.

      iii. Item received as per order, but size does not fit.

   – Exchange requests due to a change of mind or items damaged due to “wear and tear” will not be accepted.

5. Initiation of Exchange:

   – To initiate an exchange, contact our Customer Service at customerservice@wahchan.com.my. Provide your order number, a clear reason for exchange, and include a photo for reference.

6. Approval and Instructions:

   – Upon approval of the exchange request, you will receive a notification via email with detailed instructions on returning the item for exchange.

7. Return Shipping:

   – We recommend using a reliable shipping method and secure packaging for the returned item.

   – The cost of returning the item for exchange is the responsibility of the customer.

8. Quality Check:

   – All returned items will undergo verification by our quality service department before approval for exchange.

9. Exchange Process:

   – Exchange is limited to the same design of equal value, subject to stock availability.

   – If the price of the exchanged item is higher, the customer must cover the price difference.

   – If the exchanged item’s price is lower, DiamondTalk will issue an e-Voucher for the excess amount, which can be utilized on our website https://www.diamond-talk.com.

10. Confirmation and Communication:

   – Upon approval and processing of your exchange request, you will receive a confirmation email or notification. This communication will include details such as the exchanged item, the newly selected item, any price adjustments, and an estimated delivery timeframe.
