Delivery and Shipping Policy

We offer standard shipping for all order(s) made on wahchan.com.my within Malaysia. Upon the Customer’s placement of an order, Wah Chan will require approximately two (2) to three (3) working days for processing before handing the order over to our reliable courier partner for delivery.

Deliveries to West Malaysia are fulfilled within 5 working days, while those to East Malaysia take approximately 7 working days. It is important to note that shipping charges and delivery time frames may undergo revisions periodically. During campaigns, peak seasons, or promotional events, the order processing and delivery times may experience delays.

If, for any reason, orders cannot be processed within the specified time period indicated in the Order Confirmation email, Wah Chan will promptly notify the Customer of the delay using the contact information provided.

Wah Chan’s trusted courier partner(s) prioritize the safety of all deliveries. In the rare event of loss during transit, Wah Chan will collaborate with the respective courier partner to conduct an investigation for clarity and certainty before proceeding with reimbursement to the Customer.

As the recipient, the Customer bears responsibility for any additional costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information, or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centers. Standard shipping fees will apply for all parcels resent from our warehouse. If the Customer is unavailable to receive the item, it is the Customer’s responsibility to make the necessary arrangements to ensure the order is received properly. Wah Chan and its courier partner(s) will not assume responsibility for unattended delivered orders with proof of delivery that are subsequently lost.
